Job Title: Assistant Project Manager (Civil)
- Manage and coordinate with internal and external teams for all drawing-related activities at the assigned site.
- Ensure proper maintenance, updating, and filing of project drawings and records.
- Responsible for planning, monitoring, and execution of clubhouse development projects at the assigned site.
- Supervise and monitor labor deployment and productivity for development works.
- Ensure timely planning, procurement, and monitoring of materials as per project requirements and company processes.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage clubhouse development budgets.
- Ensure architectural and structural drawings are properly aligned with site execution and approved plans.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, and quantity estimations; prepare reports as per company processes.
- Review measurements and contractor bills for the assigned site.
- Conduct new vendor site visits, share project details, and explain work requirements whenever necessary.




- Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with construction standards for bungalow development works.
- Review Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) submitted by the site civil team and maintain proper project records.

Job Specifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant training and certifications in Project Management or Construction Management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
