Job Description
- Collaboration: Partner with architects, engineers, and project managers to gather specifications and clarify design needs.
- Technical Drafting: Create detailed blueprints, manufacturing drawings, and schematics using AutoCAD.
- Design Modification: Update existing designs based on client feedback, field measurements, or manufacturing requirements.
- Compliance: Ensure all drawings and layouts adhere to relevant industry safety codes, standards, and compliance regulations.
- Documentation: Prepare technical documents, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and project cost estimates
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering,
or Architecture.
- Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling using AutoCAD. (Additional familiarity with SolidWorks, Revit, or Civil 3D is highly preferred).
- Analytical Skills: Strong blueprint reading capability and spatial visualization skills.
- Soft Skills: Excellent time management for competing deadlines and acute attention to detail.
