Your Role:
- Lead modernization of legacy systems into microservices-based and containerized architectures.
- Architect end-to-end solutions across Java backend, React frontend, APIs, integration, and cloud platforms.
- Design secure, resilient, and highly available systems compliant with financial industry standards.
- Establish platform engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with business, product, security, and engineering teams to deliver scalable financial solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, and mentoring to engineering teams.

Your Profile:
- 12+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud:
- React, TypeScript, JavaScript:
- Microservices, REST APIs, Event-Driven Architecture:
- Kafka or similar messaging platforms:
- AWS, Azure, or GCP:
- Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker:
- Terraform, CI/CD, DevOps, Platform Engineering:
- Strong understanding of security, scalability, performance, and distributed systems.




- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in FinTech, Banking, Payments, Lending, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or Insurance platforms.
- Knowledge of payment gateways, digital banking platforms, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and financial data security.
- Experience with SaaS, multi-tenant platforms, and cloud transformation programs.
- Cloud and Kubernetes certifications preferred.
