Requirements:
- ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in solar PV installation, maintenance, or commissioning (freshers with relevant training may also apply).
- Knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, charge controllers, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and wiring schematics.
- Familiarity with AC/DC electrical systems and electrical testing instruments.
- Basic understanding of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
