Formulation ExecutiveJob Description
- Responsible for day-to-day formulation activities in the pesticide/agrochemical manufacturing process.
- Execute formulation and production activities as per approved SOPs, batch manufacturing records, and quality standards.
- Handle and monitor formulation processes, mixing, blending, filling, and related operations.
- Ensure correct raw material identification, weighing, dispensing, and usage as per batch requirements.
- Monitor batch parameters and maintain proper process records and documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, R&D;, Stores, and Maintenance departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, GMP/GLP practices, SOPs, and company policies.
- Identify process deviations and report them to the concerned senior/team member.
- Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and protected working conditions in the formulation area.
- Assist in troubleshooting formulation/process-related issues and implementing corrective actions.




- Ensure minimum wastage and optimum utilization of raw materials.
- Support trials, new product development, process improvement, and scale-up activities when required.
- Maintain proper documentation, batch records, and production reports.

Qualification
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Agricultural Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a relevant science discipline.:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering or related field may also be considered.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in formulation/production in the agrochemical, pesticide, chemical, or related manufacturing industry.
- Freshers with relevant educational background and strong technical knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
