KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / KRA
- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchase activities for agrochemical products, raw materials and packaging materials.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiation, purchase orders and timely delivery.
- Monitor raw material, finished goods and packaging inventory and maintain optimum stock levels.
- Coordinate inbound & outbound logistics and ensure timely movement of materials/products.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries and resolve supply-related issues proactively.
- Prepare and maintain POs, GRNs,



invoices and other procurement/supply chain documents.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Warehouse, Finance and Quality teams.
- Monitor vendor performance, pricing, lead time and delivery commitments.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, quality requirements and approved procedures.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, better vendor management and supply chain efficiency.
- Support smooth availability of materials to ensure uninterrupted production and timely customer dispatches.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

5-10 years of relevant experience in Agrochemicals / Crop Protection / Pesticides / Agricultural Chemicals.
Hands-on experience in Procurement, Purchase, Inventory, Logistics or Supply Chain.
Good understanding of agrochemical raw materials, finished goods and packaging supply c
