Position: Area Sales Manager / Sales Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹45,000 per month _(Based on designation, experience, and interview performance)_

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase market penetration.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain solid relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and key influencers.
- Promote Saburi Ply products and enhance brand visibility.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability and smooth supply.
- Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback to management.

- Lead and mentor the sales team within the assigned territory.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Develop territory-wise sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Conduct dealer meetings, promotional activities, and sales reviews.
- Identify potential markets and plan expansion initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2-8 years of sales experience in the Building Materials industry is mandatory.:
- Experience in the Plywood industry will be a significant advantage.:
- Strong knowledge of dealer/distributor sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
