Job Summary:
Responsible for managing sales operations within the assigned territory, developing distributor and retail networks, achieving sales targets, and driving market penetration for Del Monte food products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales and distribution activities across the assigned territory
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key accounts
- Appoint and manage distributors and channel partners
- Drive product availability, visibility, and market penetration
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities
- Manage primary and secondary sales performance
- Ensure effective execution of schemes, promotions, and trade offers
- Monitor distributor inventory, stock movement, and outstanding payments
- Train and manage sales representatives within the assigned territory
- Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and MIS reports
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution network

- Strong FMCG sales and distribution knowledge

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Territory management and market development expertise
- Target-oriented approach with good analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools
- Solid communication and leadership skills

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage
- 4-8 years of experience in FMCG sales
- Experience as an Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager preferred

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in FMCG, packaged foods, sauces, pasta, beverages, frozen foods, or food ingredients:
- Strong network with distributors, wholesalers, modern trade, general trade, and retail outlets
- Experience handling a territory/team and achieving primary & secondary sales targets

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
