- Develop templates and libraries for CAD/BIM work.
- Agree on priorities and deadlines for drawing production through liaison with the project engineer and US team.

- Proactively raise queries, identify necessary inputs from others, and follow up.
- Create detailed and accurate civil Highway engineering drawings using Microstation, ORD, and Civil 3D.
- Reviewing drawings to ensure compliance with Client drafting standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to CAD/BIM technicians.
- Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CAD technology.
- Over 10 years of experience as a Senior BIM/CAD Technician, specializing in Highways, Drainage modelling and drafting of Civils.
- Proficiency in Bentley software, including Microstation and ORD.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Project and Team management skills.
- Strong understanding of Highway engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent knowledge of Plan, Profile, Sections, Road Furniture and Detail Drawings.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

- Lead project agreeing on drawing strategy, type, and size of drawings, and drawing numbering with the project engineer, and suggesting methods of drawing production to ensure efficiency.
