Key Responsibilities
- Emergency Call Handling: Answer incoming emergency calls calmly and efficiently, often working in a high-pressure environment. Gather critical information (location, nature of emergency, number of people involved) and use triage protocols to determine the priority of the situation.
- Dispatch & Coordination: Immediately dispatch appropriate emergency services ambulances based on geographical proximity and the nature of the incident. Coordinate seamlessly with allied services.
- System & Safety Monitoring:Identify hazards and track the status of emergency vehicles or personnel using GPS and Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems.
- Incident Logging & Reporting: Accurately document every detail of the call and incident in digital databases. Maintain clear logs of response times (e.g., vehicle dispatch latency) and generate shift reports.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Minimum Class 12th Passed
- Experience:



Fresher or any work experience
- Technical Skills: Good typing speed in english
- Competencies: Exceptional communication skills, the keen ability to multitask, high tolerance for stress, strong local geographical knowledge, and the ability to remain empathetic yet authoritative.

- Typical Working Conditions
- Shift Work: Control rooms operate 24/7, 365 days a year. Executives are usually required to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and major holidays.
- High-Pressure Environment: The role requires emotional resilience, as executives frequently deal with distressed, panicked, or hostile individuals

Pay: ₹10,600.00 - ₹11,600.00 per month
