The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing the procurement of raw materials, consumables, tools, packaging materials, and other operational requirements for Hindustan Fastners. The role includes sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, comparing prices and quality, preparing purchase orders, negotiating with vendors, tracking deliveries, maintaining procurement records, and ensuring timely availability of materials to support production schedules. The Purchase Executive coordinates with Production, Stores, Quality, and Finance departments, follows up on pending orders, monitors inventory levels, evaluates supplier performance, and ensures compliance with company policies and procurement procedures. The position requires strong negotiation, communication, vendor management, documentation, and ERP/computer skills, with the ability to achieve cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and delivery standards.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
