Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with orders.
- Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate the POS system and handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, kitchen, dining area, and equipment.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times.
- Pack customer orders accurately for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery.
- Refill stock, ingredients, and packaging materials as required.
- Check product quality, freshness, and expiry dates regularly.
- Assist in receiving and organizing inventory deliveries.
- Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned.




- Resolve basic customer concerns politely and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Work effectively as a team to achieve daily sales and service goals.
- Wear the prescribed uniform and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Store Manager or Supervisor.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
