In this role, you will help support and strengthen Svitzer’s leading position in the towage industry. Based in Mumbai, you will report to the Commercial BPO and join a close-knit team of five, including your manager. From Mumbai, the team supports the Global Commercial organisation, with headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark, and collaborates with colleagues across regions.

You will join an ambitious and international organisation with a collaborative and relatively flat structure, where your ideas and initiative are valued.

Together with your local team in Mumbai, you will help drive customer centricity globally by supporting regional and local teams. Commercial Process Specialists play an important role in administrative and operational delivery and are responsible for maintaining high-quality, timely, and accurate data in our commercial operations system.

The role includes flexibility in working hours, as the Mumbai team supports regional offices in Copenhagen, Dubai, Panama and Sydney. We value in-person collaboration and expect colleagues to work from the office most of the time, while also offering flexibility to work from home when needed.
