Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the operation theatre and ensure availability of surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment.
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures by anticipating and providing required instruments and materials.
- Maintain strict aseptic and infection control practices.
- Perform surgical counts of instruments, sponges, and sharps before, during, and after procedures.
- Handle and maintain surgical instruments and ensure proper sterilization processes.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anaesthetists, OT technicians, and circulating nurses for smooth workflow.
- Adhere to hospital policies, patient safety protocols,



and NABH standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an OT Scrub Nurse in a multi-specialty hospital.
- Experience in transplant, robotic, or major surgeries will be preferred.
- Certification in BLS/ACLS is desirable.
