About the Role

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
- Make recruitment calls and explain the job role, salary, shift timings, location, and other requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule interviews with the HR/TL/concerned department.
- Coordinate with the HR team regarding daily and urgent hiring requirements.
- Support bulk hiring drives and walk-in interviews.
- Help prepare daily recruitment reports.

Daily Recruitment Activities
- Check open positions and hiring requirements.
- Make recruitment calls.
- Schedule interviews.
- Update the recruitment tracker.
- Coordinate with interviewers/TLs.
- Share daily recruitment updates with the HR team.

Recruitment KPIs

The intern will gradually be trained to work on:
- Number of calls made
- Interviews scheduled
- Interviews attended
- Offers/selection confirmations
- Joining confirmations
- Actual joinings

Requirements:




- Fresher or pursuing BBA/MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Willing to work in a target-oriented recruitment environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills
- Recruitment or telecalling experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of job portals is a plus.
- Valuable Hindi and English communication.
- Good coordination and time-management skills.
