We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions and an opportunity to develop professional skills in a agile work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
- Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks and documentation.
- Support attendance and leave management processes.
- Conduct research on HR trends and best practices when required.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
