landscaping, and ecological development. We provide end-to-end support, including project planning, manpower deployment, plantation execution, maintenance, monitoring, and reporting. Our integrated capabilities enable us to deliver scalable, outcome-oriented, and sustainable solutions aligned with government objectives and national development priorities.

Key Responsibilities -
Lead and supervise plantation and maintenance activities at the project site.

Plan and monitor plantation, casualty replacement and field preparation activities.

Monitor plant health, survival rate and growth.

Identify dead or damaged plants and ensure timely replacement.

Supervise field workers and Team Members.

Conduct site inspections and monitor day-to-day project progress.

Maintain plantation records, progress reports and site documentation.

Coordinate with NHAI officials and other project stakeholders.
