Position Summary### Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Drive technical direction for the development team. Provide hands-on guidance, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster continuous technical growth.
- Architecture & Design: Translate complex business requirements into scalable, clean, and maintainable software architectures. Spearhead the transition/modernization of legacy monolithic apps into Azure-native microservices.
- CI/CD & DevOps Integration: Partner with DevOps to build, manage, and optimize automated build and release pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) for reliable, zero-downtime deployments.
- Database Management: Design high-performance database schemas, optimize queries, and manage transactional data using relational (Azure SQL/SQL Server)



and non-relational (Cosmos DB) systems.
- Collaboration & Communication: Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders (Product Managers, clients, executives). Provide accurate development estimates and mitigate technical risks early.### Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
1. Core.NET Development
- Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, .NET 6/8, and ASP.NET Web API.
- Strong mastery of foundational patterns: OOP/SOLID principles, Clean/Hexagonal Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and standard Cloud Design Patterns.
- Proven experience building secure, high-throughput RESTful APIs.
2. Microsoft Azure Expertise
- Compute & Containers: Extensive experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions (Serverless), Azure Container Apps, or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Data & Storage: Strong experience with Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, and Azure
