Consultant General Physician - Job Description

Position: Consultant General Physician
Location: Apollo Clinic, Tiruppur

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Conduct outpatient consultations and comprehensive medical evaluations.
- Manage common illnesses such as fever, diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, respiratory infections, and gastrointestinal conditions.
- Interpret laboratory investigations, ECG, X-rays, and other diagnostic reports.
- Prescribe appropriate medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide preventive healthcare, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling.
- Manage chronic disease follow-up and ensure continuity of patient care.
- Refer patients to specialists whenever advanced evaluation or treatment is required.
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to Apollo Clinic's clinical protocols and quality standards.
- Participate in health camps, wellness programs,



and community health awareness initiatives.

Qualifications:
- MBBS with MD/DNB (General Medicine) or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Valid Medical Council Registration.
- Relevant clinical experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
