Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Executive to support our South Delhi & Farmhouse Division, working directly under the guidance of our Business Head, Mr. Sanjay Gupta.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and maintain updated inventory of South Delhi floors, farmhouses, and luxury properties.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with builders, developers, brokers, and property owners.
- Generate, manage, and nurture client pipelines through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate and conduct client site visits.
- Prepare and share daily activity reports and weekly pipeline updates.
- Keep CRM records updated with accurate client and inventory information.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for property listings and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new launches within the South Delhi and farmhouse segment.
- Assist in negotiations and support the Business Head in closing transactions.
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with South Delhi and surrounding locations will be an advantage.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving licence.
- Should be willing to travel extensively across South Delhi and nearby locations for meetings and site visits.
- Comfortable using Google Maps, WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM software.
