Shift Timing: 6 PM - 4 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage both internal hiring and recruitment for US-based positions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Employee onboarding, documentation & background verification
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Manage HR operations and administrative activities efficiently
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in Recruitment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
- Understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR documentation
