Develop and execute sales strategies for fasteners in the targeted industrial segments.
- Identify and engage with key OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and large end-users.
- Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, supply chain, customer service) to fulfil customer requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets, manage pricing, and negotiate contracts.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
