Job Title: HR Recruiter

Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience hiring technical roles (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Design, etc.) and non-technical roles (HR, Accounts, Admin, Sales, Purchase, etc.).
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
