Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in factory equipment.
- Inspect machines regularly and identify potential faults.
- Repair and replace defective machine parts as required.
- Maintain maintenance records, service logs, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with production teams to reduce machine downtime.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and relocation of machinery.
- Maintain tools, spare parts inventory,



and housekeeping in the maintenance area.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve machine breakdowns quickly.
- Experience with preventive maintenance schedules.
- Basic understanding of PLCs and industrial control systems is an advantage.
- Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts when required.

Location : In West Tambaram, ( Sairam College in Tambaram )

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
