Job Summary

This role requires strong technical expertise in ServiceNow development, solution architecture, integrations, workflow automation, and governance, risk, and compliance processes. The individual will also provide technical leadership,



mentor team members, and help drive platform adoption and best practices across the organization.

KeyResponsibilities

ServiceNow IRM Development & Solution Delivery- Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead effort estimation, technical design, development planning, and implementation activities throughout the software development lifecycle.- Design, build, and maintain complex workflows to support governance, risk, compliance, and audit processes.

Technical Leadership
- Own and deliver across all phases of project delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, platform best practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Drive technical governance, solution quality, performance optimization, and platform stability.
- Own technical decision-making, roadmap planning and platform strategy.
