Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
- Manage the organization's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and publish regular posts, reels, stories, and campaign updates.
- Maintain content calendars and monitor audience engagement.
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms.

Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Design social media creatives, posters, banners, brochures, and awareness campaign materials.
- Create engaging captions and marketing content.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with organizational campaigns.

Photography, Videography & Video Editing
- Capture photographs and videos during field visits, events, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
- Edit reels, promotional videos, event highlights, interviews, and testimonials.
- Optimize content for various digital platforms.

Digital Marketing & Reporting
- Support digital marketing and branding initiatives.
- Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Maintain an organized archive of creative assets, photographs,



and videos.

RequiredSkills
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, VN Editor, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
- Excellent graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media analytics.
- Valuable communication, creativity, and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project locations for content creation.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or any related field.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NGOs, CSR projects, or Government initiatives.
- Knowledge of DSLR photography or drone videography will be an added advantage.
