A. Job Description of Quality Analyst: -

1. He is responsible of overall quality (from fabric to packing) in the factory.

2. He needs to conduct the PPM and ensure to download the same to his team members.

3. Good man management skill.

4. Conduct and coordinate in-process inspection and assist the buying house QA in all the inspections in the factory.

5. He needs to conduct training program for all his team members.

6. Follow up and checking all the reports from fabric to packing departments.

7. Rectify the sewing defects and ensure the accurate shape and design of the product as per buyer’s requirement.

8. Check the fitting of the garment as per buyer’s measurement.

9. Keeping strong follow up on quality and technical issues and giving solutions.

10. He needs to coordinate with all the departments from fabric to packing.

11. He needs to do R&D; in the initial stage of PP sample.

12. He is responsible and make sure that SOP to be adhered in the factory.

13. Positive knowledge of quality parameters.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
