Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to produce engaging content.
- Write compelling captions, social media copy, and campaign messaging.
- Manage daily posting schedules and ensure timely content publishing.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
- Track social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platform features.
- Plan and execute influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to support paid social campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.




- 1-3 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and content marketing strategies.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with healthcare, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer brands.
- Basic knowledge of Canva.
- Understanding of paid social advertising and campaign optimization.
