Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and academic leadership to the school.
- Oversee the effective implementation of the school's academic vision, curriculum, and learning outcomes.
- Manage and mentor teachers and academic teams to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
- Monitor student performance and implement strategies for continuous academic improvement.
- Ensure effective implementation of NEP 2020 and competency-based, experiential, and skill-oriented learning practices.
- Encourage the integration of technology, AI, digital tools, STEM/STEAM, and innovative teaching methodologies into the learning ecosystem.
- Lead teacher training, professional development, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure smooth coordination between academic, administrative, and support teams.
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with students, parents, teachers, management, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee school discipline, student wellbeing, safety, and overall school culture.
- Plan and monitor academic calendars, assessments, examinations, events,



and co-curricular activities.
- Analyse academic data, reports, and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive new initiatives that enhance the overall student learning experience.
- Ensure compliance with applicable education policies, school standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the school professionally before parents, management, and external stakeholders.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in school leadership/academic administration.
- Proven experience managing a school with 1,000+ students.
- Strong understanding of school operations and academic management.
- Positive understanding of NEP 2020 and its implementation in schools.
- Willingness to adopt and promote new-age technologies and AI-enabled learning.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
