What You'll Do
- Coordinate and oversee daily site visit scheduling and follow-through for the sales team.
- Track individual and team targets, flagging risks to the Sales Manager early.
- Coach Sales Personnel on pitch quality and follow-up discipline.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records in the CRM.
What We're Looking For
Required
- 2-3 years of real estate sales experience, with some team-lead or senior-rep exposure.
- Comfortable with CRM-based pipeline tracking.
- Strong follow-up discipline and coaching instincts.
Preferred
- Experience leading a small sales team (2-4 people).
- Familiarity with the Satara real estate market.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
