Job Summary

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional personality, and willingness to travel extensively across West Bengal.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet Government and Private Sector clients and build robust professional relationships.
- Conduct regular client visits across assigned locations in West Bengal.
- Share company brochures, product information, and service offerings with clients.
- Understand client requirements, queries, and concerns and provide appropriate support.
- Follow up professionally with clients for timely recovery of outstanding payments and dues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of client issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of client visits, payment follow-ups, and service feedback.
- Monitor client satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.




- Support client retention and identify new business opportunities through relationship building.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding client interactions, market feedback, and business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream or Diploma/B.Tech.
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical will be preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Smart, confident, and presentable personality.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Comfortable with regular travel across West Bengal.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and coordinate with internal teams.
