Job Title: Marketing Manager (Real Estate) Location: Kolkata

Qualification: Graduate (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute ATL, BTL, Digital, and Offline Marketing activities.
- Develop innovative marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimum utilization of funds.
- Plan and allocate marketing investments strategically across different stages of construction and project lifecycle.
- Monitor ROI on marketing campaigns and optimize spending for maximum lead generation.
- Manage social media platforms and coordinate with agencies for digital marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors for branding, events, hoardings, print materials, and promotional activities.




- Work closely with Sales and CRM teams to support business objectives and achieve business targets.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, Digital Marketing, and Lead Generation.
- Budget planning, fund allocation, and ROI analysis.
- Vendor management and coordination experience.
- Creative, confident, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
