Description:
As a Mamily Guide, you’ll have the opportunity to make a huge impact and create long-term relationships with members throughout the various stages of parenthood, from considering to expecting parents through the teenage years. You will work collaboratively with a team of talented and passionate care professionals who will innovate and challenge the current state of health care, and support families as they navigate work-life and parenthood. If you are an empathetic qualified (parenting coach, childhood development specialist, social worker, teacher, school counselor, therapist, etc) who is ready to challenge the current state of health care and the way that people consume information about pregnancy and parenting, then you’ll be at home with Mamily.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide premium service to our member by providing guidance through Mamily’s various service offerings or helping to direct and navigate families to their other healthcare and related benefits
- Seek guidance when support and member needs fall outside of your scope of expertise.



Escalate any urgent and emergency issues
- Support the improvement of Mamily’s product, service, and growth through delivering insights, feedback, and expertise, including projects and duties as the needs of the business grow and expand
- Provide detailed and timely completion of administrative and supplemental activities, such as maintenance of member records, plans, and data in our proprietary system
- Collaborate within the Member Operations department and larger cross-functional Mamily organization to support knowledge sharing and Mamily’s growth deliverables

To be successful in this role you may have:
- 1 year of experience providing support to families around pregnancy and parenting. Examples: (counselor, parent of teens coach, sexuality and gender educator, behavioral specialist, or therapist)
- Comfort supporting members from pregnancy through teen years, collaborating with expert support team mem
