Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote business loan products.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and loan offerings to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling activities.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in the CRM system.
- Follow up with existing customers to collect feedback and explore upselling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed daily call volume and lead generation targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and contribute to overall business growth.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
- Positive communication skills
