Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and progress updates.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams for project-related requirements.
- Follow up on material procurement, deliveries, and site requirements to avoid project delays.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules.
- Support billing, documentation, and project closure activities.
- Monitor project progress and escalate critical issues to management when required.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of project correspondence, drawings, approvals,



and work status.
- Coordinate manpower deployment and resource allocation as per project requirements.
- Assist in preparing project MIS reports and management dashboards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Project Management, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in HVAC, MEP, Construction, or Engineering Projects.
- Freshers with excellent coordination and communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills:
- Solid project coordination and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, project execution processes, and site coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
