Job Summary

Khodiyar CAD Center is looking for an energetic and student-focused Student Counselor to handle student enquiries, provide course and career guidance, generate admissions, and build strong relationships with students.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in, phone and online enquiries from students.
- Counsel students regarding courses, programs, career options and placement opportunities.
- Make calls on leads provided through the ERP/CRM system and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and generate walk-ins and registrations.
- Explain Khodiyar's courses, training programs and career perks effectively.
- Build strong relationships with students and generate admissions through references.
- Maintain accurate enquiry, follow-up and admission records in the database.
- Coordinate with Marketing,



Business Development and Training teams.
- Support marketing events, seminars, campaigns and student activities.
- Help students understand industry requirements and career opportunities in design and engineering.
- Handle the complete counselling-to-admission process and achieve assigned targets.
- Provide a positive experience to students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Excellent English, Hindi and Gujarati communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Pleasant and presentable personality.
- Student-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working with admission targets.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Quick learner with good analytical and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude, energetic and a strong team player.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
