Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15000 per month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, fabricators, and industrial clients.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Explain company services including Fiber Laser Cutting, CNC Cutting, Metal Fabrication, Decorative Metal Panels, Gates, Railings, Elevation Panels, and Custom Metal Solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
- Follow up on quotations and assist in order conversion.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Customer Support, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Solid persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.




- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
