Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Qualifications:
- MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources.

Experience - 10 to 15yrs
- Additional certifications in Talent Acquisition or HR will be an added advantage
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare recruitment plans.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies within agreed timelines.

Blue-Collar Hiring
- Recruit operators, helpers, technicians, electricians, fitters, supervisors, housekeeping, security, drivers, and other shop-floor employees.
- Conduct bulk hiring drives, campus recruitment, and local sourcing initiatives.
- Coordinate with labor contractors and placement agencies.
- Maintain a pipeline of skilled and semi-skilled workforce.

White-Collar Hiring
- Hire executives, engineers, managers, department heads, and support function employees.

Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs.




- Provide recruitment status updates and hiring reports to management.

Recruitment Operations
- Conduct reference checks and background verification.
- Prepare and release offer letters in coordination with HR.
- Monitor joining formalities and onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, vacancy reports, and hiring dashboards.

Employer Branding & Compliance
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations.
- Build relationships with recruitment consultants, colleges, and training institutes.

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of blue-collar and white-collar recruitment.
- Expertise in sourcing through job portals and social media.
- Interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and manufacturing workforce requirements.
