About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide support through WhatsApp.
- Maintain skilled, accurate, and empathetic written communication.
- Update and manage patient data in CRM/Excel with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely responses and maintain chat quality standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records.
- Prepare daily reports and update chat-related data.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent written English communication skills are mandatory.




- Strong data management and MS Excel skills.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
