Business Segment

Payments: A Swift-accredited service bureau and member, our Payments division provides NGOs, institutions and non-profits the ability to make a local difference, globally - with transparent pricing across 180+ countries and 140+ currencies.

Responsibilities
- The Business Analyst will support the delivery of global payments solutions by gathering, analyzing,



and translating business requirements into actionable stories. The role focuses on cross-border payments processing, SWIFT messaging (MT/MX), and statement reconciliation, ensuring accurate, scalable, and compliant solutions

Primary duties will include:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for payment and reconciliation systems
- Convert requirements into structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Maintain and groom the product backlog aligned with product priorities
- Analyze and map SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 MX messages across systems
- Work with bank statements (MT940/950, CAMT.053) and reconciliation logic
- Translating complex payment flows into clear functional solutions
- Support UAT, defect triage, and validation of MT/MX outputs
