- Administer employee perks programs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and providing coaching and counseling as needed.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Maintain HR records and compile reports from the database for HR metrics analysis.
- Participate in HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and policy development.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
