- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Create and post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
- Negotiate salary, prepare offer letters, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Complete joining documentation and employee record management.
- Monitor probation periods and confirmation processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage full and final exit formalities.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience.

HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and holiday calendars.
- Support payroll by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
