Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Tourism Case Manager based in Rohini, Recent Delhi. The Case Manager will be responsible for converting leads of people abroad looking for their surgery/medical treatment in India. The person will be in coordinating and managing medical cases, ensuring personalized care for each client. Daily tasks include liaising with healthcare providers, coordinating treatment plans, managing utilization of medical resources,



and providing case management services. The role also involves assisting patients in navigating their medical journey, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service.
