Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Explain Panchgavya products, wellness products, pooja essentials, and corporate gifting solutions
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations
- Follow up with customers and maintain records in CRM/Excel
- Handle customer queries and provide product information
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets
Required Skills:
- Positive communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi
- Basic English communication preferred
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Google Sheets)
- Experience in telecalling/telesales is an advantage
