About the role:
We are looking for a senior Scrum Master with exposure to Business Analysis to drive In-Center domain products deliverables within the Plasma-Derived Therapies (PDT) business unit. In this role, you will drive Agile best practices, facilitate sprint execution, create and manage JIRA boards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.



You will work closely with stakeholders to align business priorities with technical execution while ensuring a smooth and transparent Agile delivery process. We are seeking an experienced and talented individual that can help Takeda enhance productivity and efficiency when performing distributed delivery model.

In addition, you will mentor and coach team members in Agile delivery, building a team culture of growth and development. This role will work closely with the Product team located in US and Delivery team located in India. This role will align to the Transformation enablement chapter of Takeda ICC.

This position will report to a PDT Delivery lead for strategic direction and day-to-day management.

How you will contribute:
Agile Facilitation & Team Enablement

- Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including PI planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews/Demos, Sprint Ret
