Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Hindi to primary-grade students as per the school curriculum.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Hindi.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and learning activities.
- Create an interactive and positive classroom workplace.
- Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, and classroom activities.
- Maintain student records and academic progress reports.
- Encourage participation in language-related activities, competitions, and cultural programs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management for academic planning.
- Ensure discipline and promote positive behavior among students.

Qualifications & Skills




- Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. preferred.
- Strong command of spoken and written Hindi.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with young children.
- Ability to use creative and activity-based teaching methods.

Experience
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may apply.
- Prior teaching experience in primary classes will be an added advantage.
