- Role & Responsibilities: _
- _Familiarity with overall background verification processes. _
- _Document verification [ Govt proofs - (Aadhar card, PAN card), Educational documents, criminal check, address check, etc ] _




- _Previous experience with client relationship management with good communication skills, both written and verbal. _
- _Perform on business specific KPIs of productivity and quality targets. _
- _Maintain trackers and master logs on real time basis. _
- _Successful completion of client engagement deliverables in line with appropriate time-lines and adhering to pre-defined methodologies, ensuring high quality work delivery. _
- _Demonstrate ability to assimilate current knowledge with respect to process changes. _
- _Monitor progress and ensure that supervisors are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. _
- _Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with basic knowledge of working with large data, _
- _Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact cross-functionally and/or with seniors, with an ability to convey messages in a clear and structured manner _
