Role Overview
We are building an authority-driven brand in the IT education and consultancy ecosystem, serving students and working IT professionals who value clarity, structure, and real-world insight.
This role goes beyond editing or posting; it involves transforming raw ideas into structured intellectual assets such as eBooks, newsletters, long-form content, campaigns, and multimedia contentthat strengthen brand credibility and deepen audience trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Create structured content assets including eBooks, newsletters, blogs, long-form articles, and LinkedIn thought leadership postswith clarity and educational value.
- Develop engaging carousels, hooks, captions, and thumbnail conceptsaligned with platform behavior and audience psychology.
- Edit testimonial and educational videos using Clipchamp, CapCut, or similar tools, ensuring skilled quality and brand consistency.
- Manage content distribution across LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp Communities, and Telegram, maintaining structured publishing schedules.
- Handle basic website management and development, including content updates, page management, and promotional banner changes.
- Create and maintain content calendarsaligned with weekly themes, brand positioning, and strategic marketing goals.
- Use ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar AI toolsfor research, structuring, and refinement

- Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific formatswhile maintaining narrative continuity and HackNow's authority-driven tone.
Non-Negotiable Skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint, along with confidence in structuring professional documents and visual layouts.
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted content workflows, including prompt structuring, refinement, and quality control.
