Job Purpose

To ensure effective monitoring of security, housekeeping, fire safety systems, and statutory compliance across all warehouse locations to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant work workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV surveillance across all warehouse locations and report any unusual activities.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping Supervisors to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Organize and participate in mock drills as per safety requirements.
- Monitor security compliance, including gate control, visitor management, vehicle movement, and access control.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely refilling and servicing of fire extinguishers.
- Conduct periodic inspections of fire hydrant systems and maintain inspection records.
- Ensure all fire safety equipment remains functional and compliant.
- Report security, housekeeping,



and fire safety observations to management.
- Maintain records related to security and fire safety inspections.
- Support implementation of safety initiatives and compliance requirements.
- Support in Investigation related to breach of Non-compliance and Security.

Qualifications
- Graduate in Diploma / B.E in (Fire Safety / Mechanical)
- Diploma/Certification in Safety or Fire Management will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 0-1 years in warehouse security, facility management, or administration.
