Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Based on Interview Performance & Experience)

Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Strategy
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital platforms, market research, and field visits.
- Expand the company's client base by generating qualified leads for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Lead Generation & Sales
- Generate, qualify, and manage high-quality leads.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their construction and property requirements.
- Present company services, residential and commercial projects, pricing,



payment plans, and project timelines.
- Convert qualified leads into site visits, bookings, and successful business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, channel partners, and corporate customers.
- Ensure timely follow-up and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Resolve client concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Site Visits & Business Promotion
- Organize and conduct client site visits.
- Represent Lucknow Builders during exhibitions, property events, seminars, networking events, and promotional campaigns.
- Present project features, amenities, layouts, and construction progress professionally.
- Strengthen the company's market presence through effective business promotion.
